WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle healing modality that uses life force energy from the universe to open up your chakras, balance your energy, and promote deep healing on all levels. It is safe for everyone and can do no harm. It always heals, but doesn't always fix. Part of working with this energy is the understanding that everything is as it needs to be, and the universe will provide what is needed, if we can just get out of the way.
For a limited time I am offering additional Reiki healings and teachings. If you are unsure of which is the best fit for you, please reach out. I am a Master Teacher in the Usui tradition who has been working with Reiki energy since 2011. It has become an integral part not only of my work, but how I live my life. Reiki is a powerful yet gentle modality that I believe every single person can benefit from. Unlike some of my other work, Reiki is ready to meet you no matter where you're at, or what you feel ready for.
GROUP REIKI SESSIONS
a 6 week remote package
This healing package includes 6 weeks of remote Reiki sessions, specifically tailored to the people who sign up. Each week I will tune into the energy of the group to see what support is needed, pull a card to get spiritual guidance, and then send Reiki healing to the group to help release what is no longer needed, and call in new energies for change. Sessions will be done Mondays at 7pm ET, starting on May 26. It is recommended you lay down in a peaceful place to receive, but if you can't, the healing will still find you.
PRIVATE REIKI SESSION
30 mins live on Zoom
In this session we will chat about where you're at and what currently feels heavy in your life. As we talk, I will offer up perspective and suggestions on how to shift the situation, while giving you Reiki the entire time. This is a great option if you are feeling stuck and are craving some personal loving care (mediumship is not included). I recommend bringing a pen and paper (as notes/video links will not be included) to jot down your a-has, make note of next steps, and to remember the suggestions that really resonated with you.
REIKI CLASSES
learn to use Reiki for yourself
I am currently offering Usui Reiki 1 and 2 classes to attune you to the Reiki energy and to teach you how to use this beautiful healing modality for yourself and family/friends. All classes will be taught online via Zoom and will be group format (with no recordings - you must be live and present). I am offering audit pricing for those who would like to revisit a previous class with me, discounts for multiple classes, and Reiki 3 and Master Teacher classes by request.

READING & REIKI
a little bit of everything
The first 30 mins will be spent together on Zoom, connecting to your guides, pulling cards, and getting clear on what you want and what support is needed to make that happen. Then we'll part ways and I will spend the next 30 mins working with your energy remotely and giving you a personalized Reiki healing to facilitate the changes we discussed. It's a combo of a coaching session, a tarot reading, and energy work ... in a unique way that supports you on all levels - spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I recommend bringing a pen and paper (as notes/video links will not be included) to jot down your a-has, make note of the messages that come through, and to remember the suggestions that Spirit brings forward.
